And the winners are...
Last month, I announced that GMAC would be hosting a live trivia event for undergraduates. Well, we hosted that event on March 20th, and your undergrads answered questions on pop culture, business school, and the GMAT exam. We had over 350 students around the US show up for the College Bowl Pop Culture Game and 3 students walked away with some serious cash plus a free GMAT exam.
The winners were:
- 1st place: Joseph Robillard, University of Pennsylvania
- 2nd place:David Mandelbaum, The Ohio State University
- 3rd place: Steven Gleit, Syracuse University
We had great participation from over 40 schools in the US, with the largest crowds coming from Michigan State University, Florida International University, and University of California, Irvine. With subtle messaging on the value proposition of a graduate business degree, these students had fun not only with pop culture questions, but also learned a bit about companies led by b school grads, hiring trends, and salary benefits. Thank you for your participation in this event and, following positive feedback from students, we plan to do more of these in the future to contribute to the business school pipeline.
