Virtual Discussion Forum: Diversity – Defining the Value and Implications

We are all working to attract, teach and place a more diverse student body.  When we talk about diversity across regions, how do we define it? By ethnicity, socioeconomic status, gender, race, culture, origin, or all of the above? – and what is the practical impact of diversity on our institutions? Schools are taking various approaches to attract diverse candidates and staff and creating a more inclusive environment. Join this session to connect with your peers and share insights around Diversity and Inclusion including how we recruit, teach and find meaningful job opportunities for our diverse population.
