Overview

This research brief – a part of the 2022 Diversity Insight Series – offers insight on women in the graduate business school pipeline who are residents or citizens of Europe.

The brief draws upon unique GMAC research data, particularly GMAT score-sending data and the GMAC Prospective Students Survey (PSS), as well as external sources, to provide recruitment teams at European business schools on how to greater achieve gender parity in their classrooms.
