• Globally, 31% of employers indicated that knowledge of using AI tools is an important skill when hiring GME graduates, up from 26% in 2024.
• Problem-solving and strategic thinking remain at the top of the list for skills that employers value when hiring GME graduates.
• When comparing which skills employers say are most important today compared to five years from now, AI and other technology skills are expected to grow the most in importance.
