Joy Jones
CEO
Joy Jones is a transformational leader with expertise in leveraging new technologies to create modern solutions for markets worldwide. Joy became CEO at Graduate Management Admission Council in 2022, after five years growing and diversifying GMAC’s portfolio of GME preparation and assessment solutions as chief product officer and general manager of assessments. She has over 25 years of experience across industries, from strategic consulting for major global brands to product portfolio development at not-for-profits in the media and education sectors. In addition to her professional experience, Joy attributes much of her success to the education she received and network she began to build while earning an MBA from Stanford University and a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and applied sciences at University of California, Los Angeles.

Jennifer Martin
Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary
Jennifer Martin was named GMAC’s Chief Financial Officer in January 2022. In this role, she oversees GMAC’s Corporate Development, Finance, Legal, Facilities & Analysis functions. Jennifer also serves as GMAC’s Corporate Secretary, with oversight of GMAC’s Board & Governance activity. Jennifer joined GMAC in 2015 and her career spans more than 20 years in Financial Management, Investments & Market Research across public, private, and non-profit sectors, primarily within the technology space.
