Updating Your Profile

We've compiled answers to some frequently asked questions about the Executive Assessment in this section, but please contact us if you don't find the information you need.

How do I update my profile?

To update your name, date of birth or country of citizenship, please contact GMAC Customer Care and select Executive Assessment Profile from the Type of Inquiry drop-down. Please include your test taker ID, name, email address and the changes that you are requesting. If this information is not included, your request will not be processed. Once we review your request, we will respond to let you know what documentation you will be required to submit to make the update.

Supporting documentation may include:

  • Passport
  • Driver’s License
  • Certificate of Marriage
  • Certificate of Divorce

Changes to all other fields can be made directly in your EA profile.

*Requests to update your profile received less than 5 days before your exam cannot be guaranteed. If you are trying to update your name, date of birth or country of citizenship and your exam is in less than 5 days, please call +1 703 668 9605.

How do I submit requested documentation to update my profile?

If you have already been in contact with GMAC Customer Care regarding your profile updates, please upload the requested documentation here. Please include your test taker ID in the file name and description.
