Once you have set up your account and made your assessment appointment, we understand that conflicts may arise in your schedule. To make changes to your appointment or to update your profile, you can log into your account at any time
If you need to update your account, there are certain sections you can update at any point in time. However, once you have agreed and submitted to the Executive Assessment Policies and Procedures
, you will have to contact Customer Care
to update the following:
- First, middle, and last name
- Date of birth
You can reach Customer Care by email at firstname.lastname@example.org for steps and instructions on what documentation is needed to make these changes.
If you need to reschedule or cancel your assessment, you may do so at any time online by accessing the My Appointments page. However certain fees may be applied. Visit our fees section to understand what costs may incur.
