After running businesses in Indonesia for two years, Richie Kid, who is originally from Malaysia, joined the MBA to learn about business strategy in China.

"China thinks about strategy in [terms of] decades, and that was the perspective I needed," he says.

Meanwhile, Ruan highlights the role of Zhejiang's network in helping her build a strong network throughout the MBA.

"Zhejiang University provides an incredible network, and they actively push us to leverage it," she says.

For Wu, that network translated into opportunities to collaborate with different industries and countries. In one MBA business project, her team developed a go-to-market strategy that incorporated diverse perspectives into a business plan.
