MBA Prep Events and Webinars
• Manage all aspects of the annual Forté MBA Forums. Ensure revenue targets and budget constraints are met. Interface with marketing team to ensure attendance targets are met. Create diverse and interesting panels for each event, ensuring that sponsors are represented equitably through the annual cycle. Oversee program content and logistics. Report on key metrics regarding program performance and outcomes.
• Manage Pre-MBA webinars. Create calendar of programming each year. Identify panelists and oversee program content and logistics. Manage post-webinar surveys and reports. Work with marketing team to effectively promote the webinars to the pre-MBA audience.
• Manage Virtual Forté Forums. Ensure revenue targets and budget constraints are met. Interface with marketing team to ensure attendance targets are met. Report on key metrics regarding program performance and outcomes.

MBA Prep Programs
• Manage all aspects of the Forté MBALaunch for Women program including administration, reporting, programming, and recruiting/admissions. Ensure enrollment and revenue targets and budget constraints are met, while meeting or exceeding participant and constituent expectations regarding the execution and value of the program. Create and implement live and virtual programming. Facilitate weekly/biweekly MBALaunch webinar series. Oversee MBALaunch advising program to engage Fellows/Alumnae to the benefit of program and Forté relationships. Report on key metrics regarding program performance and outcomes.
• Interface with MBALaunch content providers, including test prep experts, admissions consultants, MBA alumnae and school representatives. Steward revenue-generating partners to cultivate mutually beneficial relationships.
• Supervise Program Manager, MBA Prep Programs, who serves as the primary contact for MBALaunch participants and manages the operation of the live MBALaunch events.

Other
• Provide support in the ongoing development and execution of key Forté professional programs for women interested in pursuing an MBA.
• Provide support in the planning and execution of the Annual MBA Women’s Leadership Conference.
• Continuously improve our programs for the benefit of participants and partners.
• Staff live and virtual events, helping to ensure their successful execution. This includes facilitating a weekly/biweekly webinar series over a 10-month period in the evening once a week.
• Travel to and assist with Forté events throughout the year (peak months August/September, January-March).
• Other duties, as required.

Salary commensurate with experience.

Job Environment:
Employees of Forté work independently from home offices. Each employee should have the capacity within their home to setup a work environment or office. Forté provides a computer, phone, office supplies, and covers the cost of internet service for each employee.

Target Proximity:
The ideal candidate will have close proximity to Austin, TX or Texas.
