• Employers continue to value talent from in-person programs over those with online degrees or micro-credentials only, though perceptions vary by region. 
• Employers across industries and regions report the influence of inflation and recession risk on their salary and hiring considerations, but most organizations indicated plans to expand and increase their headcount in 2023, including some anticipated growth in business master’s hiring compared to 2022 results.
