You won’t want to miss the event’s kick-off keynote session featuring Thomas H. Davenport, President's Distinguished Professor of Information Technology and Management at Babson College. He is also co-founder of the International Institute for Analytics, a Fellow of the MIT Center for Digital Business, and Senior Advisor to Deloitte Analytics. Davenport, who teaches analytics and big data in executive programs at Babson, Harvard Business School, MIT Sloan School, and Boston University, pioneered the concept of “competing on analytics” and the idea of using information about your business environment as a competitive tool. He has written or edited numerous books and articles for Harvard Business Review, Sloan Management Review, The Financial Times, and many other publications, and also writes a weekly column for The Wall Street Journal’s Corporate Technology section.
