Recruit Around the Globe at the GMATCH® Online Fair

There's no better way to engage and connect with students while sitting at your desk, than the GMATCH® online recruiting fair, hosted by GMAC. This two-day, online, global recruiting fair, Sept. 10-11, is designed for graduate management professionals, like yourself, to engage directly with potential candidates from around the world in the comfort of your own home or office. With 80 exhibiting schools participating from 11 countries, attracting more than 8,300 registrants from 144 countries, GMATCH is truly delivering prospective students in an unparalleled way.

Jon Kaplan, executive director, part-time and executive MBA programs, University of California, Berkeley, said the GMATCH fair is an opportunity for prospects to discover our program. "Through the GMATCH fair, we look forward to connecting with many prospects around the world who will be discovering us for the first time,” Kaplan said.

GMATCH offers the opportunity to meet and communicate with qualified graduate management candidates through live connections like instant message or video chat. School professionals can access profile information from candidates and registrants can discover schools and programs by participating in live panel discussions, expert sessions, and workshops-all designed to help school professionals find the best talent and students find the best program.

In the recruiting world, it's important to be where the prospective students are, and in this case, that means being 'virtually' present on the web.

Participation is easy

After registering for the GMATCH online fair, school attendees create an online booth (with online training if necessary). Next, decide how you want to staff your booth to market to potential candidates. During the event, once a candidate stops by your booth, a notification will be sent directly to you. Lastly, all booths must create a profile prior to the event so potential candidates are able to research the school before the fair opens.

GMATCH provides and fosters a recruiting ground between graduate management professionals and potential students from around the globe via the web. This event has been praised for the quality of schools and potential candidates it attracts, as well as for its convenience, cost-effectiveness, and use of multimedia technology.

This is a great recruitment opportunity for graduate professionals to connect and market directly with targeted graduate management candidates.
