  • Wendy Arnett has been named associate director of the graduate services center at the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University. Formerly an art director and partner in a design firm, Arnett earned her undergraduate degree from Occidental College and a degree in graphic design and packaging from Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California.

  • Michael T. Breslin has been appointed assistant director of MBA and MS career resources at the Lally School of Management and Technology at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Formerly assistant director of career planning at The Sage Colleges, Breslin earned a BS in mathematics from Union College and an MBA from The Sage Colleges.

  • Julia Braun has been named assistant director of academic services at the University at Buffalo School of Management. Formerly an academic advisor at Bryant & Stratton College, Braun earned her BA in sociology at SUNY Fredonia and her MS in professional leadership at St. Bonaventure University.

  • Limor Einey joined the career office in the Sofaer International MBA program at Tel Aviv University. Formerly a career advisor and program manager at UCLA Anderson Business School’s Career Management Center, Einey holds a BA in behavioral sciences and an MA in organizational behavior from Bar Ilan University.

  • Orlando Harris has been named executive director of business development and marketing for San Francisco State University’s College of Business Graduate School. Formerly managing principal of Ascendant Business Consulting, Harris holds a BS in business from Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University.

  • Shari Hubert joined Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business as associate dean of MBA admissions. Previously director of recruitment in the office of volunteer recruitment and selection at the Peace Corps, Hubert earned her BA in French from Dartmouth College and her MBA from Harvard Business School.

  • Claire Jefferies has been appointed assistant director in instruction and outreach for the MBA and master of global innovation management programs in the Jenkins Graduate School of Management at the North Carolina State University Poole College of Management. Previously a technical recruiter for ATSI Group, Jefferies graduated from Winthrop University with a bachelor’s degree in English, and received her master’s degree in student affairs administration in higher education from Ball State University.

  • Terri Lonier has been named executive director of the Coleman Entrepreneurship Center in DePaul University’s Driehaus College of Business. Most recently an assistant professor and program supervisor of entrepreneurship and strategy at Columbia College Chicago, Lonier holds a BFA from Saint Mary’s College, an MFA from the University of Florida, and a PhD in business history from New York University.

  • Steven J. Malter has been named associate dean and director of the undergraduate program at the Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis. A member of the Olin undergraduate administration since 2004, Malter holds a BA in criminal justice and law and a master of education in counselor education from the University of Florida and a PhD in education from the University of Missouri–St. Louis.

  • William “Bill” Neilson has been named head of the department of economics in the College of Business Administration at the University of Tennessee. Neilson, who holds the J. Fred Holly Chair of Excellence at the university, earned a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and economics from Rice University and his doctorate in economics from the University of California, San Diego.

  • Colbey Emmerson Reid has joined the Poole College of Management at North Carolina State University as director of its newly formed Consumer Innovation Consortium and professor of practice.  Previously an associate professor of English and humanities at York College of Pennsylvania, Reid earned bachelor’s degrees in English and French from the University of Florida and her MA and PhD from in English from the University of Washington.

  • Dil Sidhu has been named chief external officer at Manchester Business School at the University of Manchester. Formerly director of corporate programs-executive education at London Business School, Sidhu holds an MA in change management and innovation from University of Brighton, an MSc in operations management and research from Thames Valley University, and an MBA in strategy and marketing from Middlesex University.
  • Robert T. Sumichrast has been named dean of the Pamplin College of Business at Virginia Tech, effective July 1. Currently dean of the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia, Sumichrast earned his bachelor’s degree in physics from Purdue University and his PhD in management science from Clemson University.
