Anthony Aaronson has been appointed director of the Presidential and Key Executive MBA Program at Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Business and Management. Founder of Aaronson Textiles, he also served as a director of Aberdeen’s First Australia Fund. Aaronson earned a Presidential MBA from Pepperdine in 1989 and holds a BA from Clark University.

Elizabeth Burt (formerly Catone) has been promoted from assistant director to associate director of admission at the Boston University School of Management. Burt holds BAs in both Russian language and literature and international politics and economics from Middlebury College.

Joy G. Dietz has been named director of Professional Master's Programs at Purdue University Krannert School of Management. She was previously director of Student Services. Dietz has an MA in organizational communication from Purdue and a BA in speech communication from The Pennsylvania State University.

Gary L. Mangiofico is the new director of the Master of Science in Organization Development Program at Pepperdine University's Graziadio School of Business and Management. He serves as practitioner faculty of organizational theory and management at Graziadio School and chief executive officer of Los Angeles Universal Preschool, an independent public benefit corporation. Mangiofico holds a BA and MA in psychology from Chapman University in Orange, California, and a PhD in organizational psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology (Alameda/Berkeley).

Toby McChesney has been named director of the new Graduate Recruiting and Student Services Department at Georgia State University's J. Mack Robinson College of Business. McChesney was previously head of Robinson's Professional MBA program. He holds a BA in communications, legal institutions, economics and government from American University and an MA in higher education administration from George Washington University. He is working on his doctoral degree in higher educational leadership.

Theresa R. Ramos is the new director of Graduate Programs & External Relations at the Pacific Lutheran School of Business. She was graduate recruiter/adviser at the Institute of Technology at the University of Washington. She holds an MA from the University of the Incarnate Word and a BA from Saint Louis University.

Carole Lyles Shaw has been named executive coach for the Executive MBA Programs at Loyola College in Maryland. She will also remain president of the Columbia Resource Group. Shaw has an MBA from Columbia University and a BA in English from Morgan State University.
