Kristen Baumann has been named assistant director of graduate management admissions at  Boston College’s Carroll School of Management. She moves to her new position from supervisor of admissions operations. Baumann has a BA in psychology from Stonehill College and an MBA from Boston College.

Rebecca Beeman has joined Temple University’s Fox School of Business as the associate director for partner programs. Beeman previously worked with New York City Global Partners, Inc. She earned her BA in French and European studies from Vanderbilt University and holds a master of international affairs at Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs.

Michael Bourke was appointed associate dean of graduate programs for the College of Business and Economics at Houston Baptist University. Bourke has served as a professor in management information systems. He received his MBA from UCLA, with majors in both finance and management information systems.  He also has a PhD in slavic linguistics from Brown University.

Kelly Christie has been promoted from director to assistant dean for academic programs and student life at the Owen Graduate School of Management, Vanderbilt University. Christie received her BA at York University.

Julie Crist has joined Temple University’s Fox School of Business as the associate director of programs for working professionals. Crist earned a BA in journalism from Temple University and an MBA from Drexel University and was a corporate trainer for Rita’s Water Ice Franchise Company. 

Richard L. Daniels has been named director of MBA programs at the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business. He moves to his new position from director of external MBA programs. Daniels earned his PhD in operations management from UCLA.

Darragh Houlihan has been promoted from assistant to associate director of graduate management admissions at Boston College’s Carroll School of Management. He has a BA in psychology and an MA in education from Boston College.

Linda A. Livingstone, dean of Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Business and Management, has been elected to the board of directors of AACSB International. She will serve a three-year term, effective July 1. Livingstone received her BS, MBA, and PhD from Oklahoma State University and serves on the Graduate Management Admission Council board of directors.

Toby McChesney has been named director of the professional MBA program at Georgia State University’s J. Mack Robinson College of Business. McChesney most recently was associate director of executive MBA admissions at Emory's Goizueta Business. He earned a BA in communications, law, economics and government from American University and an MA in higher education administration from George Washington University. 

Lauren H. Mounty has been named dean of the Marist College School of Global and Professional Programs.  She was previously associate dean for academic programs at the Fordham University Graduate School of Business Administration. She earned her PhD at Fordham.

Philippe Oster is the new development and admissions director of the HEC MBA Program at HEC Paris. He was international admissions manager at Paris Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Oster has BA and MA degrees from Marc Bloch University, Strasbourg, and an MBA from IAE Paris, Sorbonne University.

Andrew J. Sama is the new associate director of MBA admissions at the University of Notre Dame Mendoza College of Business. He comes to Mendoza from Bearing Point, where he was a senior consultant. Sama has a BA from Marist College and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame.

Alan T. Shao becomes dean of the School of Business and Economics at the College of Charleston starting March 16. Alan had been at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where he served as associate dean for professional and global programs and professor of marketing in the Belk College of Business.
 
Sarah Shaughnessy
is the new supervisor of admissions operations at Boston College’s Carroll School of Management. She moves to her new role from senior admissions associate. Shaughnessy has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Harvard University.

Raghu Tadepalli has been named Murata dean at the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College. He was previously dean of the Graduate School of Business and associate dean of the Williams College of Business at Xavier University in Cincinnati. Tadepalli received a PhD in marketing from Virginia Tech, an MBA from Arizona State University, Master of Commerce from Andhra University, India, and Bachelor of Commerce from Andhra University, India.

Remi Trudel is the new assistant professor of marketing at Boston University School of Management. Mr. Trudel joins us from the University of Western Ontario’s Richard Ivey School, where he is currently completing his doctoral program. He received BGS and MBA degrees from Simon Fraser University in Canada. 

Wendell Tull has been named assistant director of FTMBA admissions at the University of California,Berkeley Haas School of Business. He was most recently executive director of Collegiate Recruitment Team Inc. Tull holds a bachelor of science in speech communications and a master’s degree in education administration from Northern Arizona University.
