Maher Ali has been promoted from assistant manager to manager of human resources for the Hamdard Institute of Management Sciences. Ali has an MBA in human resources and a post-graduate diploma from Hamdard University.

Nirmala Fernandes has been named assistant director of graduate student services at American University's Kogod School of Business. She was most recently a business development analyst for MorganFranklin Corporation. Fernandes has an MBA from the Simon School of Business at the University of Rochester, an MA in English from Rochester and a BA in English from Sophia College at the University of Mumbai. 

Anne Ferrante is the new director of graduate programs at American University's Kogod School of Business. She was director of the Global Leadership Executive MBA program at the University of Texas at Dallas, School of Management. Ferrante has a PhD in human and organization development from The Fielding Institute, an MS in labor relations at Rutgers University, an MBA from Rutgers University, and a bachelor of arts from Seton Hall University. 

Arlene M. Hill has been named director of the Kogod Center for Career Development at American University's Kogod School of Business. Hill was associate director of the McDonough School of Business MBA Career Management at Georgetown University. She holds an MA in college student personnel and a BA in English from Bowling Green University in Ohio.

Gale Nichols is the new director of graduate student services at the Kelley School of Business MBA Program at Indiana University. Nichols was the Kelley School’s associate director of professional development, graduate career services, and has a BA in mathematics and economics from Wesleyan University and an MS in accounting from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
