New Members Reflect GMAC’S Global Growth

GMAC announced the addition of 17 member schools at its annual business meeting preceding the 2009 Annual Industry Conference in Baltimore.

The new schools—five admitted in November and 12 in April—represent eight countries and bring the total number of GMAC member schools to 177 from 19 countries. Their membership reflects the increasing globalization of graduate management education and of GMAC.

“We are pleased to welcome these new member schools to our ranks," said David A. Wilson, GMAC president and CEO. "They are at the forefront of graduate management education around the world, upholding the high standards of excellence and integrity that are a hallmark of membership in the Council."
