Main responsibilities: Assist the Director and Associate Director to identify, recruit, and admit progressively higher quality prospective students to the Full-time MBA Program. S/he manages projects related to marketing and recruitment, represents the school at domestic/international recruitment events, reviews applications for admission, interviews applicants, meets with prospective students , and responds to requests for information. This person also has primary responsibility for technology/marketing including managing the Customer Relationship Management database and associated processes, and managing content websites that serve the prospective student population.  Manage software packages for online chats, web conferencing, social networks, etc., as it relates to the prospective and applicant pool.
