As part of the Operation MBA initiative, which informs military personnel about the value of graduate management education, GMAC has produced a new CD, Military Experience and an MBA. The 20-minute presentation promotes the unique value and benefits of an MBA combined with military experience.

Four business schools have announced a new partnership to offer training in entrepreneurship and small business management to veterans with disabilities who sustained their injuries during the recent conflicts in Iraq and Afghanistan. The Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University (SU) is partnering with UCLA’s Anderson School of Management, Mays Business School at Texas A&M University, and the College of Business at Florida State University, effectively expanding an innovative program started at SU in 2007.

As part of its continuing commitment to expand and improve industry information and understanding in graduate management education, GMAC has awarded a total of $350,409 in research grants through its Management Education Research Institute (MERInstitute). Two research fellowships were also awarded.
