Main responsibilities: As a key member of the admissions team, the assistant director will share responsibility for planning and participating in the recruitment, selection, and attraction of the strongest possible student body for Yale SOM. Among other things, the assistant director will represent the school at recruiting events, interview candidates, review applications, and help select candidates. The assistant director will also be involved in developing and implementing strategic initiatives for the office.
