Position title: Executive Director, Office of Corporate Relations
Reports to (title): Vice President for Development, Corporate, and Alumni Relations
Main responsibilities: Provide leadership, management and direction for the Office of Corporate Relations. Oversee the external relations of the college and ensure the active integration of the Offices of Career Services, Corporate and Foundation Relations, and Sponsored Programs. Develop long-range plans and strategy for the Office of Corporate Relations. Manage the continued growth and success of graduate and undergraduate career services, establish and expand contact with potential corporate partners through alumni outreach and cold-calling; identify a broad range of activities with corporations, including campus recruiting, in-kind and cash donations, creating affinity groups; and connect faculty with companies for research projects. Candidates must have a master's degree, preferably in an education or a business-related discipline and a minimum of eight years' experience related to career services and corporate outreach.

Position title: Marketing Manager
Reports to (title): Associate Director of the MBA Programme, Asia Campus
Main responsibilities: The Marketing Manager, based in Singapore, will be responsible for the implementation of the marketing strategy and promotion of the MBA Programme with specific focus on the Asia Pacific and Middle East markets. The Manager will assist in developing and implementing a communication strategy for the MBA Department as a whole. He/she will execute marketing events in the defined regions, develop partnerships with stakeholders to advance the brand, conduct regular data analysis for marketing and admissions needs, and assist in the creation and production of marketing collateral. Candidates should be international and team-oriented and have a bachelor’s degree, a minimum of three years of professional work experience, and excellent presentation skills. Knowledge of the MBA industry would be advantageous.

Main responsibilities: Responsible for recruitment, outreach, admissions and office operation within the Early Advantage MBA Admissions Office. Assists the Director of the Early Advantage MBA Program and Career Management with developing, implementing, and assessing recruiting, marketing and public relations strategies and adjusts strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes. Must be able to travel and participate in graduate school fairs and other recruitment-related events (local, domestic and international) to recruit students; work flexible hours which includes evenings and weekends; conduct interviews in person and by phone; and work in a fast paced environment.
