The Management Education Collaboration Network (MECNET) is an online, cloud-based point of convergence for business faculty to share ideas and best practices.

Description: The program highlights significant developments in graduate management education including new learning technologies, globalization, changing demographics and sustainability issues. This system is specifically based on the MET Fund's Phase I Cloud Business Networking idea. MECNET will provide the management education community with a dynamic vehicle to drive innovation regarding student learning through the sharing and exchanging of ideas. The effort is built around the following three core tasks: a) Extensive literature review on collaborative learning networks; b) Detailed survey and analysis of stakeholder attitudes towards collaborative learning networks; and c) Preparation of MECNET requirements and specifications including the identification of candidate implementation vendors.
