Andy began his career in consumer magazine publishing before moving into marketing services at some of the world’s leading content marketing agencies where he specialized in creating and executing strategies for brands as diverse as Virgin Atlantic, the UK supermarket Sainsbury’s, Manchester City FC and Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS). 

Since joining BusinessBecause in January 2018 he has overseen its integration into the GMAC family and developed its reputation as a vital resource for early-funnel candidates, as well as its efficacy as a provider of marketing services to schools – combining his publishing experience with delivery of content marketing strategies.

Betty SuBetty oversees the organization’s portfolio of products and services that help schools discover and engage with candidates throughout the recruiting process.  Prior to taking on this role, Betty served as the Chief Marketing Officer at GMAC where she led the organization’s global marketing strategy.  Before joining GMAC, she served as the Executive Director of Marketing at the United States Postal Service.  In that role, Betty was responsible for developing integrated marketing programs and solutions to support the growth of the United States Postal Service.  Since beginning her career in 1997 at Time Inc., Betty has held a variety of key marketing, innovation and global leadership positions at Time Inc., Cadbury, and Kraft Foods.  Betty is a graduate of University of Pennsylvania, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School.  She also has a Master of Business Administration degree from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
