Due to the nature of global business, GME graduates will be required to manage virtual projects, work successfully in cross cultural teams based in different time zones, and successfully run online meetings and conference calls, to name a few challenges. To prepare their graduates for this future reality, more and more schools are incorporating virtual project teamwork as an active experiential learning component of their curriculums. This session will explore how a panel of schools has gone about creating and delivering these initiatives, taking special consideration for what has worked and what is still work in progress.
