Cultural Intelligence, the capability to relate and work effectively across cultures, is a critical skill for the 21st century workplace and for business schools whose students are increasingly more diverse, multi-cultural, and globally connected. 0This workshop explores how business schools can create and capitalize on the graduate learning experience to enhance cross-cultural awareness, increase understanding, and develop culturally appropriate behaviors.
