Inside the Program Director’s Studio: Lessons Learned (and Lost) in Transition
Consider this your own personal master class. This interactive session is especially designed for seasoned program directors and other graduate management education leaders whose roles demand finding success despite being in a constant state of transition. A diverse panel of program leaders and you will explore best practices for navigating the challenges of managing a more complex portfolio of MBA and MS programs, delivering more blended/online learning, and expanding into international markets. You’ll also hear about the personal career transitions many program directors face. Expect candid conversations about working with a new dean, moving from the faculty into administration, changing institutions, and relocating to a new geographic market.
