As we’ve all read in the business press, soft skills in the workplace is an essential factor in sourcing key talent.  In response, leading institutions are working hard to grow individuals’ self-awareness and create programs that accommodate these demands.  To aid schools in this effort, GMAC has worked with Hogan Assessments - a leader in soft-skill assessments - to bring you Reflect, a new soft skills tool designed to help your students understand their strengths and weaknesses across 10 key competencies highly valued by corporations -  as well as tools and coaching tips to address these strengths and weaknesses.  This session will share insights gleaned from soft skill profiles of more than 3,000 business students, a review of the Reflect tool, and offer thoughts on how this instrument can help schools manage these challenges.
