Fostering Curricular Innovation in MBA Programs

Although many MBA curricular innovations quickly get replicated by peer schools and lose their novelty, every so often a course design defies imitation and stands alone as a distinctive offering. To provide you with a framework for what schools of management should be, do, and have to foster curricular innovation, this session makes use of research into three such innovative offerings at MIT, Tulane, and NYU. The speaker will draw on both his EdD dissertation research and his practical experience in launching the Mastery in Communication Initiative at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
