Keynote: The European Economy and its Effects on Graduate Management Education

Thursday | October 4 | 2012 | 8:30 pm - 9:30 PM

After raging for nearly four years, the European economic crisis still seems to have no happy end in sight. Providers of business education in Europe may find it increasingly difficult to attract strong candidates to study in a market that is so economically depressed. Will the Eurozone’s austerity measures bring about a sustainable recovery or simply perpetuate the economic malaise? Can we trace the crisis to the original design of the Euro; was the project always doomed to fail? This session will explore these questions and more while suggesting ways in which your business school can remain competitive and relevant in today’s challenging economic environment.
