“Coachability” is a term that is being increasingly used to define a collection of soft skills that recruiters say they are looking for. But what exactly is it, and why might it be important to your institution? Does coachability have an impact on career success? If so, how can you identify it in candidates applying to your programme? This interactive session will explore the concept of coachability, what it encompasses, and how you might identify and develop it in others to allow them to succeed once they join your School.
