Concurrent Session — Attracting and Selecting the Best Students for Pre-Experience Programs

Recruiting candidates to pre-experience programs brings a unique set of challenges.  Most MSc programs receive large volumes of applications, with candidates that have extremely similar profiles. In addition, admissions professionals that work with these populations often have to provide a greater level of coaching so that candidates are realistic about their potential career outcomes. This session will showcase a panel of European school professionals who have successfully implemented changes to their pre-experience recruiting and admissions practices to yield top students with unique profiles and greater potential for post program success in their field of expertise.
