Consultative Sales: How to get your Team to "Sell": Marketing, Admissions, and Recruiting departments work together to increase applications, manage yield and ensure consistent student quality year over year. However, ensuring they find the right “fit” between what a candidate expects and what a program can deliver to meet those expectations is key for long term success. This session will present the concept of consultative sales, active listening and consistent messaging, and their importance within the application process to a program. It will focus on best practices, training ideas for new employees and other methods employed to improve sales and sales “fit”.
