This session will set the context for the rest of the conference by introducing the concept of positive psychology as a catalyst for leadership. Based on work done with some of the world’s leading brands, it will present insights into the characteristics global companies want in their leaders, based on a model of what leadership potential looks like. You will be challenged to think about how you can unlock your own potential in a way that will aid candidates, students and alumni fulfil their own ambitions.
