Current trends in international talent movement, attraction and engagement have implications for management education. Jane will share PwC’s research findings in this area and offer insights into how they might impact your school’s talent development.

Jane is a Partner of the International Assignment Services group at PwC. She has extensive experience in advising multinational companies on employee remuneration structures, cross-border transfer of their global workforce and individual income tax planning strategies. Her client portfolio includes multinational companies and financial industry companies, where she provides solutions to manage their global tax exposure and expatriate costs, advises on tax effective compensation and benefit structures, equity compensation, and visa services. Jane holds an MBA in taxation and a Bachelor degree in accounting from Baruch College, the City University of New York. She is a US Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Tax Adviser of the Taxation Institute of Hong Kong. Jane started her career in New York, worked in Hong Kong for 10 years and is now based in Shanghai.
