Admissions 2020
Changes taking place in the world between 2011 and 2020 will end a thirty year period in which we will be left with the largest workplace change of any decade in the last 100 years. Four fundamental shifts are creating an urgent need to reconsider the nature of how work gets done inside companies and organisations. Technology is being reinvented at breakneck speed. Social Networks redefine our old style of hierarchical leadership. Globalization and the changing face of the world will create a desperate talent contest. And on top of that, the largest generational shift in history will leave the Millennials to steward a culture that is profoundly different than our work environments of today. What will all this mean for graduate management education? How will this affect recruitment and selection of student talent that is best suited to lead in the new workplace?
