This session will analyze why the “waitlist” exists, as well as best practices in managing it to ensure top candidates stay engaged and interested in your program while you plan and forecast cohort size and composition. Our panel features three schools with unique approaches to managing a waitlist for different types of, and sometime across, programs. Panelists will provide context for this discussion by sharing the structure and timing of their admissions cycles, and then share strategies and best practices in communicating effectively with waitlisted candidates. You will leave this session with practices ideas to help you best manage next year’s waiting list.
