This session’s inspiration was born in an overseas hotel lobby. Our panel of senior admissions officers and seasoned travelers would like to share their experiences and learnings in the interest of fostering an environment of collaboration and professional development to colleagues both new to international recruiting and those looking to maximize cultural understanding. The session aims to provide practical tips for planning and conducting international trips ranging from tour group recruitment travel to solo interview trips. This interactive (and lively!) discussion will help motivate colleagues to creatively maximize international travel opportunities, while maintaining accountability and producing results.
