You love your job.  You know your stuff.  You can see yourself staying in higher education.  But do you really want to be doing your same exact job for the rest of your career?  Probably not.  There are so many opportunities to constantly grow and develop your career within higher education, but often the “next step” is the most difficult.  Our panel of school professionals will share with you their stories about their own career development, including the steps and moves they took to position themselves for success.  With the advice of the panelists as well as fellow attendees, you will leave this session with some concrete tips about how to best map your own career path within the field of higher ed.
