Coachability is among the enigmatic soft skills sought by company recruiters, and experts assert that Millennials crave constant feedback, but are coachability and desire for feedback the same thing? Can your admissions processes identify coachability in applicants? And are your career and student services staff equipped to develop coachability in students? In this interactive session, we will discuss key indicators of coachability and tactics for assessing those traits. Participants will also discuss the impact that one problem student can have on a team or class, and learn how to effectively deliver the feedback our students say they want.
