The Simon Business School (University of Rochester, New York) used GMAC research and resources, Simon Career Consultants' existing market knowledge, and results of several Industry Roundtables to identify the most important professional skills sought by MBA employers. Key administrative departments, faculty, and current students collaborated on the design of the new "Simon EDGE Program" targeted at helping Full-Time MBA students enhance these skills throughout the program. Session participants will receive information about a Professional Development Plan developed for use in Simon's program, along with sample problem solving, change management, and reflection templates used in its implementation.
