Recruiting candidates to Specialized Masters programs brings a unique set of challenges. Most Specialized Master programs receive large volumes of international applications, with candidates that have extremely similar profiles. In addition, admissions professionals that work with these populations often have to provide a greater level of coaching so that candidates are realistic about their potential career outcomes. This session will showcase a panel of school professionals who have successfully implemented changes to their Specialized Masters recruiting and admissions practices to yield top students with unique profiles and greater potential for post program success in their field of expertise.
