Just as our programs and recruits are changing, so too are admissions offices. With the consistent pressure for results, evolving technology, increasing communication channels, and generational differences, admissions teams are challenged with the task of working smarter. Understanding generations and their motivators is essential to creating an effective, harmonious, and thriving workplace environment. This session will explore new ways of working collaboratively and respectfully in a challenging environment and across generational differences.
