This session will focus on best practices for collaboration to develop your LGBT Pipeline. Panelists will share their initiatives, as well as challenges, and rewards of LGBT recruitment. They will also discuss how the Reaching Out MBA Fellowship has impacted their LGBT applications and how they are supporting current students to ensure a healthy pipeline of future LGBT students.
