Targeted to institutions who are thinking of launching an international recruiting strategy, or who have been recruiting internationally for less than five years, this session will feature a panel of schools that will share how they have gone about convincing senior management to invest in an international recruiting effort; selecting target markets in key geographical regions; and staffing international travel. The session will also cover how schools have sustained their international recruiting efforts by providing critical services specifically targeted to international populations. Finally, the session will review how to build dashboards and develop cost and other metrics to measure the return on investment of recruiting international students to ensure recalibration of efforts year over year.
