Does your admissions process really put students first? In this interactive workshop, participants will learn how Georgetown McDonough used design thinking and experience mapping to create a more targeted and student-centered admissions approach. Through a team activity, participants will practice design thinking and experience mapping and learn how to rethink their own admissions processes. Participants will also learn to prioritize and organize ideas learned at the GMAC Annual Conference through the experience mapping concept.
