Although common sense and good judgment are critical components of any business school recruitment strategy, sometimes they are not enough to serve as a legally defensible business practice in the US. Join us in this interactive session, where you’ll consider a variety of recruitment and selection scenarios to highlight some of the common mistakes made throughout the admissions process. In addition to learning about the direct correlation between recruiting employees and recruiting students, you’ll walk away with the tools you need to take both a common-sense and “legal-sense“ approach to admissions.
