Engaging students, alumni, and faculty in your recruitment process is becoming increasingly critical, especially as marketing moves away from traditional channels. This session will explore the unique models that schools use to leverage these ambassadors, both in marketing their programs and in the student selection process. This discussion will cover the pros and cons of these models, ways to engage and motivate these constituents, and how to partner with departments throughout your school to create a cohesive strategy.
