CLOSING KEYNOTE: Lead by Choice, Sheena Iyengar

Friday | June 24 | 2011 | 2:45 pm - 3:45 PM
Salon FG, 4th Floor

You want to make good choices for your organization, your family, and yourself. You want to be a kind of superhero when you choose, leaping over the wall of options to get to the best one. Sheena Iyengar can’t grant you special powers, but she can help you understand the inner workings of choice so you can develop those powers on your own. In particular, she can help you lead by choice as she reveals what effective leaders need to know about choice and shows how to choose your way to success. Everyone, regardless of title and position, can develop and benefit from leadership skills, Iyengar believes. But to do that, you have to learn to choose with wisdom, compassion, and humility.
