During this special governance activity, deans and primary and alternate representatives from member schools convene to discuss the overall direction of GMAC with the Council's board of directors and management and to vote on proposed bylaw amendments. If you are a primary or alternate representative, you are required to attend this meeting to have your travel expenses covered and your conference registration fee waived.
