A good customer relationship management (CRM) system can be a strong, integrated source of information that drives yield and allows you to communicate effectively with prospects. But there are so many systems available, and they perform such a wide variety of functions on multiple platforms. How do you know which system is best for you and whether you can use it to its maximum potential? This session will serve as a primer to help you understand types of CRM systems, the nature of the data you can capture, and the potential for reporting and analytics. You will also learn about some of the tactical aspects of using a CRM to communicate with candidates. Bring your CRM questions and be ready to share information about what’s working well with your own school’s system.
